My Journey Into Coaching

Years ago, I went on an interview for a Sales position and at one point was asked: “Why don’t you go into Human Resources?” And I thought… "HR? Why in the world would I go into HR? I'm looking for a new job in sales!" It turns out I had talked so much about helping others that it prompted the interviewer to ask me the question. Now, fast forward about 15 years and I guess in the end, he was right?!?! Not about looking for a job in HR, but about finding my calling to help other women.

My journey into personal development started after my divorce. Once I was done with the blame game (it was all his fault and I did everything I could to save our marriage...), I wanted to learn more about myself, so I could avoid making the same mistakes. That's when I was introduced to the world of Personal Development. A whole new world opened up right in front of my eyes! I was soon surrounded with positive, action-oriented, inspiring people and not only did I discover a passion that I never knew existed, I also attracted the love of my life. In 2015, I attended Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within and while at Brendon Burchard’s High Performance Academy finally discovered my mission; to serve women and help them learn about themselves so they can create their ideal life.

In 2016, I became a Certified High Performance Coach and it took me another 5 years to make the leap from Corporate into Entrepreneurship. Over time, my job had lost its meaning. I often referred to work as being on the hamster wheel. I didn't feel like I was making a difference in the world and as I got older, the desire to make an impact got stronger and stronger. Through the years I had lost the passion that once kept me going, was stressed to the max and it wasn't until a friend of mine of the same age passed away of a brain aneurysm in her sleep that I broke free of the golden handcuffs and set sail for brighter shores. I haven't looked back since!

As a coach, I use a mix of science-validated methodology, experience and intuition to support women who have all of the external displays of success but who still feel like something is missing from their lives to clarify what is important to them and make the changes they need to so they can create the meaningful and enduring legacy they desire. When working with me, women regain their self-confidence and show up for themselves in a way that is congruent with who they are at their core and improve their ability to positively influence others in their circle. We do it all through the lens of my High Performance Coaching program. We address the underlying elements that hinder and support them showing up as their best self, whether in their work, relationships, health, finances and many more, resulting in a more joyful, fully-engaged and confident life.

I firmly believe all women are destined to live a joyful and extraordinary life and that we each hold the power to shape exactly what that looks like for ourselves.

To further support women in this journey, I joined a gorgeous community of caring and supportive women: FemCity. In fact, I loved the community so much that I decided to lead a local chapter. It's been an exciting and rewarding experience. Building and supporting my community in a way that is congruent with my values has been a game changer.

So, here I am today, ready and willing to help you grow beyond your comfort zone and identify the tools and habits you need to achieve success in your life, but most importantly, help you DESIGN the life you were always meant to live. I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
